Struggling story behind the establishment of Springboard Academy -

Springboard Academy was founded by Deelip Mahecha. He belongs to a simple family from Bikaner. He is the son of a soldier who came out from home for the UPSC He goes Delhi and prepared for this exam after the failure of 14 years of hard work he made his last attempt at UPSC in 2006 but he failed, after all this, he did not give up and thought about bigger success than upsc and under this thought he opened spring board academy in the pink city (Jaipur) Rajasthan on 24 December 2006 and every this celebrating like a festival and achieving day in springboard academy. 
He started his first batch with 12 students in Lal Kothi Jaipur. In starting SBA did not get too much success but after the 2018 result, it is known as the RAS factory.
In 2018 SBA gave more than 650 selections and was a big success.
Dileep sir's favorite quotation which he says in every seminar is  "Failure is not a crime but having a small goal in itself a crime".

Location of buildings of Springboard Academy(SBA)-

Its main head office is located at Jaipur Ridhi Siddhi Choraya and other classrooms run at  Ganga Jamuna, Reliance building Atish market, Mahesh Nager near Abigyan institute and another new building also hire for mains batches near Mansarovar Metro Station. All these buildings of Jaipur are operated by Naveen sir who sees all management like timetable, classroom, staff, and teachers all management see by him. Another branch which was opened in Jodhpur operated by Manohar sir.

Is SBA good for IAS?

Springboard Academy, Jaipur, is a premier coach for IAS and RAS. Experience quality education and tailored mentorship for aspiring civil servants. Springboard Academy also provides preparation for IAS along with RAS. For this, this institution starts separate batches for IAS and integrated batches in these batches combined preparation of RAS and IAS is done. The duration of the integrated batch is 3 years for which 12 pass-out students are admitted they shall have sufficient time for preparation.

Duration of classes:-

Spring Board Academy's classes run in two shifts: morning and evening. In which classes take 4 to 6 hours for 1 batch. And Sunday is a holiday. At present time there are 40 running batches in Jaipur of springboard acedmy. Nearly 25000 to 40000 are studying in this Institute.
Bus facility provided from 2023 in which 5 to 6 busses are bought for students which run between Mansarovar metro to Gopalpura puliya,200 fit,80 fit on all this path this bus runs and took students for coaching.

Facilities are given to students in Springboard Academy:-

2. Every Monday they conduct a weekly test which can be for pre or mains.

18. Staff members checked the I'd card every day of students before entering the classroom by which classroom decorum was maintained and they ran peacefully.
19. Management gives every day 2 to 3 questions for answers to improve their writing skills and after completing these questions teachers also provide them to analyze their answer writing. 
20. On Monday's test, its results were given timely, and for analysis, teachers were available for them.

Duration of batch starting:-

The batch starts nearly every month one batch starts which one of the RAS or IAS or integrated batch before the starting of the batch seminar is also held to give information about the batch or Ras/IAS.

Springboard Academy (SBA) Notes:-

By Springboard Academy's notes thousands of students benefit from RAS preparation students read them for other exams also like reet, 2nd grade, patwari, SI, ASI, etc. Like these exams, many exams are fought by students with the help of these notes. SBA also provides preparation of SI. Its online classes provide 14000 rupees.
Teachers also help those students who prepare for another exam along with RAS by taking backup options.

CURRENT AFFAIRS AVAILABILITY:-

The faculty of SBA provides a current affairs booklet and tech current affairs in a short time during the exam teachers take classes in current affairs and economics surveys and teach them.
